Actually I don’t know about the app but what we hear in this video sounds great !
You have to buy the iRig adapter $40 (app included ?) in order to plug your guitar directly into your iPhone/iPod/iPad but it’s not that expensive compared to other portable amp modeling devices such as the Line 6 Pocket Pod (~$80).
